Are we speeding?

I'm presently traveling on the high-speed train between Shanghai and Beijing. We're going 309 km/hour. I thought the speed limit post-July crash was set at 300.

I'm on here, but the train is far from full. The trip is about 5 hours, down from the 15 it took me in 1990. It's cool I can send messages while in travel. The food car looks nicer than in 1990, but the food is still horrible. It's McD's after I get to Beijing.
